Il lavoro è stato registrato nella sua prima versione nell’estate del 2013 come una demo dal titolo “We Identify the Unknown” della praticamente neoformata band, all’epoca chiamato “Zero Fucks Given”.
L'idea del gruppo era nata in realtà nel 2010 come un piccolo progetto fra amici, poi evolutosi con vari cambi nella lineup e la realizzazione di un repertorio proprio.
Mossi dalla voglia di suonare ma limitati da ridotte disponibilità economiche, la scelta per le registrazioni è ricaduta su un piccolo studio casalingo a Vicenza, ora non più esistente.
I 5 brani che costituivano la demo originale sono stati completamente riregistrati dalla band e mixati da Tommaso Corrà durante l’autunno 2016, includendo anche una revisione dei testi e di alcune linee strumentali e vocali.
Questi vanno a costituire il fulcro del disco e sono "First in the Line", "Youseless", "Wrong Choiches", "Divided" e "We Identify the Unknown". A queste sono state aggiunte "Intro", un piccolo brano mai registrato prima che veniva utilizzato per l’apertura dei live, "The Payment", pubblicata con un video qualche tempo dopo la pubblicazione della demo e registrata al Death lab Studio di Verona e "Seven", l’ultimo brano composto dalla medesima formazione che aveva composto la demo originaria, registrato al Revolution Studio di Molvena.
Sembrava doveroso creare una raccolta contenente tutta la produzione di quelli che sono stati gli “Zero Fucks Given” dopo il cambiamento di formazione e di genere avvenuto nei primi mesi del 2016 e prima di rilasciare l’album del nuovo progetto ZERO.

This is the remake of an old demo, which was recorded in 2013 by "Zero Fucks Given", the band previous project. Considering the changes occurred in the project itself, the band decided to realize a compilation of all the tracks produced during the years in the previous band before starting to relese new ZERO material. The album, called just like the old band, contains the 5 original tracks completely rerecorded and remixed by Tommaso Corrà in the autumn of 2016. In addition, three more songs were added: "The Payment", released like a single after the original demo and recorded by Death Lab Studio (VR); "Seven", the last song composed by the old band and recorded at Revolution Studio (Molvena) in 2016; "Intro", a song never recorded before that was used as Intro in live sessions.
